Reservations are taken in advance and in good faith. In the event that you are unable to attend your reservation, or there is an alteration in your seating arrangements, please notify us prior to your visit.

Unless Chows has been duly informed, reservations are given a twenty minute grace period before your table will be offered to another diner. If sufficient notice has not been given, you may be liable to incur charges for our actual losses.

Chows Eating House reserves the right to refuse admission.
